FAQ
Similar to smartwatches, smart rings utilise in-built sensors to provide activity and wellness tracking. For example, step and heart beat tracking, temperature and sleep tracking (through measuring heart beats and movements) and blood flow. The smart ring form factor contains enough space to contain the same components as smartwatches.

Smart rings, such as Liri, come with sensors similar to those of a smartwatch. However, because of their proximity to large blood vessels in the fingers, smart rings can provide more accurate readings than smartwatches, because they can use the capillaries (small blood vessels) in your finger to get their readings.
Another advantage of smart rings is that they have a longer battery life than smartwatches. Liri ring has been tested to work for 12 days between charges.
Liri ring connects to its native app allowing you to see your results in real-time. You can set goals such as steps walked/run, distance travelled, calories burned, and sleep duration.
You can also set the intervals when the ring takes reading of your heart rate, Sp02 and heart rate variability.
Liri ring is available in (US) sizes 6 - 13. Please see the sizing chart for measurements and drop us a line if you have any questions. It's important to get your size right to ensure accurate and constant measurement.
If you're not sure of your ring size you can order your ring with a ring sizing kit for a small additional charge. The sizing kit will be sent to you for you to try the various sizes and then you simply confirm which one you want and we will send the ring out to you.
For the best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing your Liri Ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. If you’d prefer another, the middle and ring fingers will work as well.
When wearing, the sensor should be positioned on the palm side. The ring should fit snugly against the skin and comfortably at the base of the finger.
Your fingers naturally expand and contract, so we recommend wearing your sizing ring for at least 24 hours to confirm the best fit. It also shouldn’t rotate as you go about your day-to-day.
